All fees in AUD including GST. Our pricing is split into two parts: our service fee, and third-party charges from DFAT, embassies and other authorities. Both are confirmed before any work begins, you never pay before approving the total.
We review your documents first, then issue a clear itemised invoice. Work only begins once you approve.
Third-party fees (DFAT, embassies, ASIC) are listed separately and always disclosed before we proceed.
The more documents in a single order, the lower the per-document service fee.

Clear answers to the most common questions about our fees and invoicing process.
You pay after your documents have been reviewed and an invoice has been issued. We confirm the exact process, pathway and total cost first including all third-party fees. You only pay once you've approved the invoice. Work begins immediately after payment.
The "from" price is our minimum service fee for the first document of that type. Most orders fall at this price. If a document requires more preparation (e.g. certified copies or complex notarisation), this may increase slightly but we confirm the exact amount before proceeding.
No. DFAT's fee of $105 per document is a government charge paid directly to DFAT, separate from our service fee. It is listed as a third-party charge in your invoice. Similarly, embassy fees, ASIC search fees and UAE authority fees are all charged at cost and listed separately.
Yes, volume pricing is built in. For personal documents, the per-document service fee drops from $200 (first doc) to $100 (docs 2–4) to $80 (docs 5+). Business documents follow a similar structure. There's no minimum order requirement.
Notarisation is available as an add-on when booked together with an apostille or authentication order. The add-on starts from +$100 per document (personal) or +$120 (business). If you only need notarisation without apostille/authentication, standalone notary pricing applies, from $120 per document.
